Order Processing Time:
We strive to process all orders promptly. Once your order is received, it will be processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes:
The delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days for domestic orders, while international orders may take longer, depending on customs and local postal services.

Shipping Methods and Rates:
We offer several shipping options to cater to your needs. The available shipping methods and associated rates will be displayed during the checkout process. You can choose the option that suits you best.

USPS is our shipper of choice. We ship nationally and internationally. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. does not ship to PO# or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Order Confirmation & Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, within 6 hours we will provide you with a tracking number via email.Please check your spam folder if you have not seen your tracking number in the alotted time frame. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your shipment.

Spam Folder:
Whitelist Life Photo's Email Address. This tells your email provider that emails from this address are trusted and should not be treated as spam. Check Spam/Junk Folder Regularly: Regularly check your spam or junk folder for any misplaced emails, especially if you are expecting a tracking email. If you find any Life Photo emails in the spam folder, mark them as "Not Spam" or move them to your inbox. Update Contact Information: Ensure that your contact information, including your email address, is accurate and up-to-date on your Life Photo account. This way, you can be sure that tracking emails are sent to the correct email address.

By following these steps, you can increase the likelihood of receiving important tracking emails for your 2024 Planner & 2024 Calendar orders directly to your inbox, and you won't miss any updates regarding your shipment.

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We ship outside the U.S. Our shipping vendor is USPS and we ship standard rates only.
